Excellent - Couple Years Old! by J. Fukuda
I’ve had these headphones for a few years - I think since 2006. They still sound as good as the first day I got them! Granted I don’t use them everyday and I go pretty easy on them…

Sound quality is excellent, especially for the price. I bought mine for about $40 - I was looking for a non-in-ear headphone, replacement for Apple earbuds. These were recommended by […] at the time. The bass/low-end sounds are VERY GOOD on these phones, sometimes slightly much, but I enjoy bass.

The headphones and case are both solid products, they do not feel flimsy at all. If you’re looking for new headphones, I highly recommend these!

These are wonderful headphones, thank you Sennheiser. At first the high end was lousy but sure enough they do need ‘breaking in’. They just got better and better as I continued to listen to them. I also left them hooked up to the radio all night a couple times. I’ve had them for 3 weeks now and I don’t see how they can get any better. Its almost like having a whole new CD collection. I never use the equalizer presets on my mini-system any more.

I’ve got a fairly big head and I frequently wear headphones for long periods of time, so comfort is important to me. I loosened the fit by putting my fingers on top of the head piece and my thumbs on the head piece pads and then bending up. I did this for a few seconds a few times at first and now I just do it occasionally: the phone sit loosely on my head with the ear pads snug enough but not tight. The cord is too short for me so I use an extension cord. Enjoy.

Best of the compacts by M. Kilarjian
For the money, quality, and accurate sound reproduction, this is as good as it gets. I own the AKG K701, which I consider to be the best at any cost, but for on-the-go, this Sennheiser PX-100 is it. The Koss Porta-Pro used to hold the honor, and is still a great headphone, but the Sennheiser is less boomy, and has a flatter frequency response.

I am really impressed with the sound quality of these headphones. They are very comfortable and I love the fact that they fold up. I wish the plug was angled,but this is a minor issue.
