Great little mp3 player!!! by Katherine Williams
Bought this for my 13 yr.old daughter. It is quite small but works great and my daughter loves it!!!!!
SanDisk Clip by J. Lindner
This is my first mp3 player, though my kids have had other brands in the past. Having said that, I was a little apprehensive about purchasing the SanDisk clip. But my fears were quickly put aside when I learned how simple this player is. There virtually is no learning curve, though I did learn that when installing e books, it is best to install playlists rather than individual chapters. This keeps the chapters sequential.
I bought this primarily for e books, though I have a lot of music I could put on it. At 2GB, this holds several lengthy books (The Federalist, Dracula, Treasure Island, etc.). There is no special software to first install and it comes with an FM radio tuner. All in all I don’t think I could ask for anything more. I’m not a techno-junkie, but I do appreciate the simplicity and its compactness. If there is one drawback it is the head phones, which are basically two earpieces that constantly fall out of my ears. I solved this issue by using some other headset I found laying around the house. I particularly like the lock switch to prevent inadvertant skipping ahead, a value feature when listening to e books.
For those like me that are new to this type of device, I fully recommend buying this player. I’m glad I bought this.
My Sansa clip by Blue Eyes
I would like to say that I love my sansa clip BUT I haven’t been able to use it. My computer will not recognize it when I plug it in to the USB port.I have tried going to the sandick web site to troubleshoot with no success. I know that the clip works because a friend tried it on her computer….so until I get help with the USB connection my Clip will be setting here on my desk. HELP!!!!
Loved it but bad ear jack by Brye Crockett
It works great but when I go running it seems like the jack for the ear phones cuts in and out and it’s very tempermental but I had the same issue with my IPod and I think this is better than an IPod for MUCH less. I love my ipod but when it went out and I bought a new one I wasn’t impressed. I like that this one can do radio without an added accessory. Overall great value.
