Great sound, nice portable size and solid construction. I previously purchased the comparable Altec Lansing IM600 which probably had a little better sound, but could not withstand my son’s rough use. The Logitech unit is more solid.

I am very pleased with this docking station. I have a Boze docking station which has great sound but I bought this one so it could be more portable. Sound quality is important to me, I love music. The sound that is station puts out is awesome. I was quite surprised. And it is very easy to take along with you. Mine has been on my desk at work, at the beach in Mexico and next to my hot tub at home. I love it!

Logitech 984-000006 Pure-Fi Anywhere Compact Speakers for iPod (Black) This is my second set of Logitech speakers–the first the mm50 I gave to a friend of mine in Central America after he admired them. I then discovered that they no longer made the mm50 model but had upgraded to the Pure-Fi series. The main difference is that the new model has a neat storage area built into the speaker body to store the wall converter/charger. These speakers are great for the traveler who likes to play his own music in his room while traveling. A very reasonable price for a great sound experience.
