I bought a “refurbished” item. however, the ipod connection of the ipod docking station did not work. (incomplete “refurbishing” i guess). However, I was able to return it with NO problems.

This is a good product for the money. It has good volume, sound is crisp although lacking in booming bass which suits me fine. I’ve had it for 6 weeks now and have found it well made and durable. I like it!
