Good stuff! by Donaldo
Very comfortable when worn for long periods of time, great sound, strong bass response, good outside sound block. I highly recomend these.

A Reasonable Winner by P. Thompson
I just got these today and for the price, I don’t think you could ask for better. These fit me with the ear pieces that came on them but they do come with one larger and one smaller pair. That was a selling point for me because I have such trouble with these kind. I have another pair of Phillips that I just love but they’re starting to give me headaches because the ear pieces are too big. These are really comfortable and I only notice the one in my right ear for some reason. Probably just need a different size ear cap on that one.

The sound is about as close to full size as you can get for this price. The graphic equalizer on my MP3 can make up for any shortcomings. Noise cancelling is pretty good. The real test will be when I use them at the gym.

Mine came with a split cord, which is really handy. My MP3 has a lanyard and the cord to the other ear buds always gets in the way. These are the perfect length without the extender but it’s nice to have a choice.

I highly recommend these and if you can wait for the mail, definitely order them here. I paid the full price for mine at a local retailer but then I couldn’t take the thought of using my other ones any longer.

No good for running by Anthony Aragona
These headphones are great if you’re going to sit on the train and listen to music on your way to work/school. However, if you plan on doing anything physical while wearing these i would not buy them. The cord lengths weren’t measured correctly so regardless of how you try to wear them 1 ear will always be pulled on. They also have an unnecessary joint in the middle that just adds weight to the cord and causes the headphones to pop out while running. Sound quality is fine but i wanted these for the gym and that just didn’t work out.

Better then Sony MDR Series by Jeffrey David Poseley
Well, i am a huge fan of sony’s MDR line of earbuds. i have used several of the MDR-ex51, ex71, and ex91’s because of the comfort, the fit, and overall sound were excellent compared to what i was used to.

the problem with those were two fold, they would lock in your ears, meaning you couldnt hear the outside world, and also that your ears would sweat a lot causing a lot of issues. these ones are a bit different. they fit, hold in my ear, but they breathe a lot better. i can barely hear the outside world if i have my sound on high, but the real issue with these is the cord length. the distance from the splitter to the bud is extremely long, but the distance from the split to the plug is about a foot too short. typically you have to have things arranged a certain way to get it to work.

also, the cord, as compared to the sony series, doesnt seem to break. i know the white MDR’s would fray and expose the wire, and eventually (and always) one of the earbuds would stop working. these have held up.

the sound quality is a bit hit and miss. the range is very good, but they do not have as much bounce to them. what i mean is that you cant feel the base, but you can hear it still. if you have a cd, mp3, or media player that has a bass boost, turn it all the way up. i wouldnt recommend for use without some sort of bass or equalizer adjustment. if they are left on default sound then they sound very tinny and it does node bode well for listening to music and such.
